It is our privilege to serve you. Customer service is a priority for Creative Yarns, and we are committed to meeting the needs of our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at (478) 746-5648 between the hours or 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Monday-Friday) or 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Saturday) EST or via email at customerservice@creativeyarns.net. Please allow 24 hours for a response via email.
Orders
Your credit card is charged once the order is processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel an order once a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Returns
Yarn purchased through our online store may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Yarn purchased at our Speer Avenue store is final sale. All yarn must be returned, unopened, in its original packaging and in marketable condition with the original packaging slip/invoice. We do not accept returns on opened or wound yarn, books, patterns, needles, kits & notions or clearance/discounted items. Please contact us immediately via phone or email to notify us of your return. We will be unable to process returns received without prior notification and original documentation.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Orders purchased with gift certificates will be issued a store credit. Please allow 30 days for the processing of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Creative Yarns.

Your privacy is important to us. All information you provide to Creative Yarns is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of your business with Creative Yarns. We do not sell or disclose your information to outside parties.
Email Newsletter
All purchasing customers will be added to our bi-weekly email newsletter list. We publish our newsletter to keep you up to date with sales, products, and other news at Creative Yarns. You may opt out of this mailing at any time by clicking the link provided in the newsletter or emailing us at tammy@creativeyarns.net with the word “unsubscribe” as a subject header.
Shipping
We currently ship to the domestic US only using USPS and UPS. In stock items ship by next business day. Out of Stock items ship as soon as we receive our next delivery. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
Payment
Creative Yarns accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and trusted payment gateway. You will be directed to the PayPal site at checkout to complete your order. It is not necessary to create a PayPal account to complete an order. Creative Yarns Online does not accept checks, money orders or cash on delivery. All checks accepted at our Speer Avenue location are subject to a $35 fee if returned.
Sales Tax
All Georgia residents will be charged the 6% sales tax. Customers residing in other states are responsible for paying any local sales tax.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates purchased through our online store may be redeemed online or at our physical store located at 134 Speer Avenue in Macon, GA.
