ABOUT US

Creative Yarns was established in 2004 as strictly a teaching endeavor. In May of 2005, the business grew to include instruction and yarns. Our inventory includes yarns from companies all over the world, thus providing a wonderful selection of unique and natural yarns and accessories for all of your crochet and knitting needs.

It is important to me to support small companies who are helping third world women make a difference in the quality of their life; these companies provide income, education and self-reliance for the women who work with them. Companies who recognize the need for re-cycling and for organic fibers have major shelf-space in Creative Yarns .

I welcome all who come in to Creative Yarns to savor the surroundings–enjoy a cup of tea; sit and knit for a spell; meet new friends; relax!
